RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Biogenuine.com distributes natural products with one aim in mind: Your complete satisfaction. All products opened or not, can be returned for any reason. If you are unhappy with your purchase through Biogenuine.com, return it to us within 30 days from the date of purchase for a complete refund or exchange.
All returns must be pre-authorized. Please contact us either by telephone or email or chat prior to returning any merchandise. Returns without a "Return Authorization Number" will not be issued a refund/exchange.
SHIPPING FEES: If your original purchase qualified for free shipping and you choose to return a product purchased by mistake, you will be responsible to pay for any shipping and handling cost.
Unopened or opened products can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, and all items must be in their original packaging.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: You must notify us immediately if any product is received either damaged or defective. We will immediately replace any damaged or defective merchandise and a "Return Label" will be enclosed for the defective item(s) to be returned back to us. If you wish to return any damaged or defective merchandise for a full refund, you must do so within 30 days.
Refunds will be issued only upon receipt of the returned products.
No returns after 30 days from the date of receipt of merchandise.
