Wholesale and Retail customers may contact us directly for both retail and wholesale inquiries. We ship small packages to most countries as well as large shipments for wholesale and distribution. When ordering wholesale or distribution orders, we strongly encourage that you also contact your customs office or other appropriate authority before placing your order to familiarize yourself with any regulations or restrictions that may apply in your country of import. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, or returned to us. In some instances, we gladly provide import and registration documentation under certain conditions. Some of the documents we are able to provide include Certificates of Analysis, Product Specification Sheets, Free Sale Certificates, FDA registration documentation, Food Facility Registration, NSF GMP Certificate, Product Formulation sheets, and Laboratory documentation, among others.
When shipping small packages outside the U.S. all orders are insured because, without it, we cannot guarantee delivery or cover damages, if any. All packages are sent via either USPS, UPS, or DHL (unless otherwise instructed by customer). Orders delivered outside the continental United States will be charged USPS EXPRESS shipping and handling costs. Charges are based on the weight and destination. All packages are sent as non-prescription nutritional supplements for private use only. So far, all orders have been accepted in ALL continents. All orders are usually shipped within 24-72 hours.

E.U. RETAIL (End consumer) SALES: Shipping rates are very reasonable to all EU member countries and may be FREE of charge when your order reaches a certain dollar amount (Some restrictions apply). All retail packages going into the European Union are shipped via services such as The ROYAL MAIL, PARCEL FORCE, or DPD, from our hub warehouse in England. When ordering from all EU Member Countries, please allow 10 to 14 business days for delivery. All deliveries are guaranteed and we cover all VAT/IMPORT fees. E.U. WHOLESALE/DISTRIBUTION CUSTOMERS: When sending larger shipments to wholesale and distribution customers, we use our warehouse/hub in London, United Kingdom, to handle all imports and customs clearance. All deliveries are guaranteed to your door in any of the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK. We can ship small consignments or pallets/containers anywhere in the above referenced countries.
Non-European Locations that We Frequently Ship to:
Canada: We ship directly to Canada using UPS/USPS, unless otherwise instructed by the customer. For special shipping services email us before ordering. The shipping time to Canada varies and can be approximately 5 to 10 business days from the day of shipment. Parcels may be subject to additional customs clearance time and import duty. We do everything within our power to make sure that your parcel is labeled properly in order to avoid delays and excessive import tax/duties. Be aware that the laws in your country may require that you pay import duty upon receiving any merchandise and therefore you are fully responsible for these fees.
South America: When ordering from South and Central America, including Mexico, you must select UPS GLOBAL EXPEDITED SERVICE or USPS EXPRESS, as the only shipping methods. We do not ship to South America using any other shipping method or service aside from UPS GLOBAL EXPEDITED or USPS EXPRESS. Hablamos Español.
Africa: We do not ship to Nigeria, Togo, or Ghana, although we will selectively ship to South Africa and other select countries. Please contact us for more information.

Countries we do not ship to: Togo, Ghana, Palestine, Nigeria and Norway.
Violation of laws: If a package is returned to Biogenuine.com due to violation of a country's laws, the customer will be responsible for any fees (such as quarantine, warehousing or shipping) that is billed to Biogenuine.com. A refund will be issued for merchandise only less any costs associated with the return.
Customer refusal: If a customer refuses a package because of additional fees (or for any other reason), Biogenuine.com will issue a refund for merchandise only, minus shipping fees, upon receipt of the returned package. The customer will be responsible for any shipping fees that are incurred.
Customs seizure: If a shipment has been halted/seized by customs or abandoned by the shipping carrier, the customer will not receive credit for the order. Only when Biogenuine.com receives the returned package, a refund will be issued for merchandise only, minus any shipping fees.
For any returned package: For any order that is returned to Biogenuine.com, if return shipping cost is greater than the cost of goods ordered, Biogenuine.com may instruct the carrier to abandon the package. In such a case, the customer may not receive a refund for the order, but may not be liable for the return shipping cost.
Destroyed or unreturned package: If a package has been destroyed by customs or the carrier, or has otherwise not been returned to Biogenuine.com, we cannot issue a refund for the order.
We do not accept COD (cash on delivery) orders.
